Charge Pump ICs
SII charge pump ICs provide constant current, and step-up or step-down voltage with only 2 external capacitors. PC board size reduction is realized compared to DC/DC controllers that use choke coils. The S-8813 Series features 3-channel constant current output for white LEDs. The S-88x features step-up output, or step-down output.
